Great news - we're moving some accounts and websites to a newer and faster Plesk server named Plesk2. To do this, we'll be copying all website files and databases over ASAP, and then we need to update each domain name to point to the new server once it's tested.
In order to make the platform migration easier, it's best to ensure we already have access to your domain's registration or DNS, which you can easily do following the steps outlined here:
Add Us As A Member or Delegate To Your Domain
Once we have access, the migration is fairly quick and painless. If we can't do the needed DNS updates ourselves, it can take much more time and effort to coordinate the timing, and ensure all the technical details are communicated, so we highly recommend sharing access right away. Please email us if you run into any issues doing this.
To finish the move once the migration is done, your website's DNS info must be updated to point your domain to the new web server. There are two ways it can be done: by us if we have access, or by you.
If we already have access to your domain’s DNS (you've already added us to your domain's registrar or Cloudflare account), we'll take care of everything for you when the time is right.
This is the easiest and best for everyone! You can give us access to your domain(s) and we'll make the needed changes for you. Please add us as a member, delegate, or user ASAP:

If you prefer not to give us access, or your registrar doesn't support that and you don't want to send us your registrar login info, then you'll need to update your domains' DNS:
If using ns5/ns6.presswizards.com name server, those will need to be changed to:
